Advisors 401(k) comes with a User's Guide that covers just about every situation, but you also can give us a call (literally or via e-mail) at any time.

Special notice and exclusions

Our technical support services field inquiries on technical, 401k software-related questions as well as general 401k and related questions. We are not, however, pension law attorneys, accountants, actuaries or tax preparers, who are the only qualified people to answer certain questions. It is always advisable to consult with your tax and/or legal advisors in matters that concern your company's 401k plan.

Items and problems that are not covered by free technical support include problems or errors caused by mutual fund companies or brokerages, computer hardware and software compatibility issues, and incorrect usage of 401k Easy software. At our discretion we may assist in helping solve problems that fall into these categories, or other problems not directly related to 401k Easy, at a rate of $50 per hour.
